Warehouse Management System Pricing

From €1,790 a month for the platform, plus the users, devices and orders you actually run. The bands are progressive: crossing one never reprices the volume below it.

The full rate card is below, and the simulator prices your own numbers against it. No form, no sales call to find out what it costs. The same rate card applies to every 3PL and e-commerce fulfilment warehouse.

01 · The model

How the bill is put together

There are two halves. The licences half is the platform itself, plus a charge for every seat that signs in: backoffice users on the web application, PDA users on the warehouse floor, and workstations. It is billed for the month ahead. The usage half is a charge on the orders the warehouse shipped, billed in arrears on the month just ended.

The per-seat and per-order rates are progressive, the way tax brackets are. Adding your fifty-first backoffice user does not reprice the first fifty: the first ten are charged at €9.00, the next ten at €7.50, the next thirty at €5.00, and only the units above fifty at €3.50. The same shape applies to PDAs, workstations and orders.

The total therefore never jumps when you cross a threshold, and nobody has a reason to under-declare seats. The effective rate falls as you grow. A warehouse running 89 backoffice users pays €451.50 for them, an average of €5.07 each, against €9.00 in a warehouse running five.

All amounts are monthly and exclusive of tax. The applicable rate depends on where your company is established, and appears on the invoice rather than here.

Backoffice users

Named users of the web application. Your own teams, and also every user at your clients who signs in to follow their stock or their billing: a client's access is a licence like any other. Every named user counts, whether or not they are all signed in at once.

  • Excluding tax. The applicable rate depends on where your company is established.
  • Two periods on one invoice. Licences are billed for the month ahead. Order processing is billed in arrears, on the month just ended. The first invoice therefore carries licences only.
  • An estimate, not a quote. Setup, data migration, ERP or carrier integrations and on-premise deployment are scoped separately, because they depend on what you are moving from.

What the platform licence covers

There is one edition. Every process below is part of the platform licence, so the only thing that changes your bill is how many people use the system and how many orders it handles.

All six processes

Supplying, picking, packing, inventory, returns and client invoicing, on the web application and on PDA. No module is sold separately.

Multi-client separation

Stock, orders and billing stay attached to the client they belong to at every stage, so one warehouse can run several brands.

API access

Integration with any ERP, CRM or e-commerce platform through the API. The API is part of the licence, with no connector fee.

Nine interface languages

The application ships in nine languages, so a warehouse floor does not have to work in one it does not read.

On-premise or cloud

The same licence either way. Hosting costs sit with whoever provides the infrastructure.

Updates and support

Product updates and support are part of the platform licence. There is no separate maintenance percentage.

04 · Terms

Commitment, notice and what counts

The arithmetic above is one half of what a buyer needs. These are the commercial terms that go with it.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. There is no fixed term. You give one month's notice to stop, and the licences run to the end of the following month.

Is there a minimum monthly charge?

The platform licence is the floor, at €1,790 a month. There is no minimum number of users, devices or orders on top of it, and no volume you have to reach to keep the rates on this page.

What counts as one order?

One order shipped. An order cancelled before it ships is not counted, and a return is not counted. Splitting an order creates two orders in the system, so it counts twice.

What happens if I add a user mid-month?

A seat is billed for the full calendar month whenever it is activated or deactivated. There is no pro-rata calculation, so a user added on the 20th costs the same that month as one added on the 1st.

How long does going live take?

Typically eight to twelve weeks, depending on the stock you are migrating and the integrations you need. It can come down to two to four weeks: cloud-hosted, no stock to take over, and your clients on platforms we already support, whose connectors we set up ourselves. Setup, data migration, ERP and carrier integrations and on-premise deployment are quoted separately.

Do my clients' own logins need a licence?

Yes. A backoffice licence covers one named user, wherever they work. If you give a client access to follow their stock or their billing, each of their users counts the same as one of yours.

Want the figure checked against your own operation?

Send us your seat counts and monthly order volume and we will confirm the estimate, including what the simulator does not price: migration, integrations and deployment. The same platform prices and ships more than a million orders a month.
