# Pricing: OSIRIS WMS

Rates effective: 2026-08.

All amounts are in euros (EUR), per month, and exclude tax. The applicable tax
rate depends on where the client company is established. There is one edition of
the product: every process is covered by the platform licence, and no module is
sold separately.

## How it is calculated

The bill has two halves.

- **Licences:** the platform licence plus a charge per named user, PDA device
  and workstation. Billed for the month ahead.
- **Usage:** a charge per order shipped. Billed in arrears, on the month
  just ended.

Per-unit rates are **progressive, the way tax brackets are**: each band prices
only the units that fall inside it. 51 backoffice users cost
10 x 9.00 + 10 x 7.50 + 30 x 5.00 + 1 x 3.50, not 51 x 3.50.

## Platform licence

- Price: 1790.00 EUR per month, flat
- Covers: receiving, picking (single-order, multi-order and assembly), packing,
  inventory, client invoicing, returns
- Also included: multi-client separation, API access to any ERP or CRM, nine
  interface languages, product updates and support
- Same price on-premise or cloud-hosted; hosting costs sit with whoever provides
  the infrastructure

## Worked example

A warehouse running 25 backoffice users, 10 PDA devices, 5 workstations and 20000 orders in the month:

- Licences (billed for the month ahead): 2515.00 EUR
- Usage (billed in arrears): 900.00 EUR
- **Total: 3415.00 EUR per month, excluding tax**

## Terms

- **Commitment:** none. There is no fixed term. One month's notice to stop, and the
  licences run to the end of the following month.
- **Minimum monthly charge:** the platform licence, 1790.00 EUR. No minimum
  number of users, devices or orders on top of it.
- **What counts as one order:** one order shipped. An order cancelled before it ships is
  not counted, and a return is not counted. Splitting an order creates two orders in the
  system, so it counts twice.
- **Client access:** a backoffice licence covers one named user wherever they work. Users at
  the 3PL's own clients who sign in to follow their stock or their billing each count as one
  backoffice user.
- **Seats added mid-month:** billed for the full calendar month whenever the seat is
  activated or deactivated. There is no pro-rata calculation.
- **Time to go live:** typically 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the stock being migrated and
  the integrations required. Down to 2 to 4 weeks when cloud-hosted, with no stock to take
  over and clients on platforms OSIRIS already supports, whose connectors OSIRIS sets up.

## Not included in the figures above

Setup, data migration, ERP and carrier integrations, and on-premise deployment
are scoped separately, because they depend on the system being replaced. Ask
