Data we collect
There are two cases, and only two.
The WMS discovery questionnaire. If you complete it, we store what you enter: your company, contact name, email address, optional phone number, and your answers to the questionnaire. We also record the language you used, the time you started and submitted, and your browser's user-agent string.
Audience measurement, and only if you agree to it. See the next section.
Your IP address is never stored in readable form. It is turned into a salted SHA-256 fingerprint used solely to limit how many submissions can come from one source in an hour, and the original address is discarded.
There is no contact form on this site. The addresses and phone numbers we publish open your own mail client or phone app, so nothing reaches us until you choose to send it.

Cookies and audience measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 in consent mode. No measurement cookie is written before you explicitly agree, and declining leaves the site fully functional.
No advertising cookies, no profiling, no sale of data. Advertising signals stay switched off permanently — the banner never asks about them because we never use them.

Recipients and processors
We do not sell or rent personal data. Three service providers process it on our behalf, each for a single purpose:
- Cloudflare — hosts the site, stores questionnaire submissions, and provides the anti-spam check on the questionnaire form.
- Google — audience measurement, only after you have consented.
- Mailgun — delivers the summary email sent when a questionnaire is submitted.

Legal basis
Audience measurement rests on your consent, which you may give or withdraw at any time.
The questionnaire rests on the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — you complete it so that we can prepare a proposal for you.

How long we keep it
Audience statistics: 14 months at most.
Questionnaire submissions and the exchanges that follow: 3 years from our last contact.
Proof of your consent choice: 6 months.

Your rights
You may request access to your data, correct it, have it erased, object to its processing, ask for it in a portable form, or withdraw your consent — at any time, by writing to the address below.
Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing was. The consent control stays available on every page of this site, and changing your mind there takes effect immediately.
