Friendlier Error Pages and a Searchable Log
You now see a short, understandable message and a reference number whenever a back office page hits an error. Anyone with the right permission can look that reference up in the new Exception log, which lists every error by where it happened: back office, API (Application Programming Interface), PDA (Portable Data Assistant), workstation and more. A summary view covers the last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, each error opens its own detail page, and a setting controls how long errors are kept before they are removed.

- Back office errors now show a clear message and a reference number you can look up in the new Exception log.
- Error messages from the API, PDA and workstation no longer include internal technical details that were never meant to be seen outside the system.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- The back office order page now opens correctly for every order again.
- If you set up more than one secure web address for product notifications, that setting can now be saved again; it was being incorrectly rejected.
- Back office actions that redirect you to the next page, such as resending a sync or blocking an order, are no longer wrongly recorded as failures in the Exception log.
