Every order status now sends a notification, orders waiting too long on a shipping label are flagged before their files are deleted, and the return form shows each carrier's limits up front.

Order Notifications Aligned With Order Statuses

Some statuses sent no notification, so integrated systems could miss steps. Every status now has a matching event, and new types such as Picked were added. Existing integrations keep receiving what they did before. If yours rejects unknown event types, update it to accept or ignore them. Orders Waiting Too Long on a Label Are Flagged

Label and document files are deleted 90 days after generation. The new Unprocessed orders page, under Shipments, lists orders whose label is older than 30 days and still not shipped, with the days left before the file goes. Once a month the same list is emailed to the address set in the WMS settings. No address, no report.

Carrier Limits Before the Label, Not After

Some carriers cap a return reference's length or a parcel's weight. Those limits now show as helper text under the field, taken from what the carrier declares, so the form is right the first time. A return parcel can also be found by scanning it from the returns list.

Old Data Cleared Without Losing the Record

A deletion tool now clears an inactive site or trims everything older than a cutoff date, one site at a time. It previews what will go, asks for a confirmation naming the site, and records every run.

WMS

A new Unprocessed orders page lists orders whose shipping label is older than 30 days and that are still not shipped, with the number of days before the label file is deleted.
A monthly email report of those orders goes to the address set in the WMS settings. Leaving the address empty disables the report.
The return form shows the carrier's own limits under the fields they apply to, including the return reference length and the package weight.
A return parcel can now be found by scanning it from the returns list.
A new option restocks a bin's products automatically when a picking is cancelled.
A data deletion tool removes old order and product data per site with a date cutoff, to free database space.
The changelog link in the back office shows a "New update" indicator until you have opened it.

🐛 Bug Fixes

WMS

The A4 printer field is no longer greyed out in the series print window.
Listing shipped orders through the API together with their packer no longer returns a server error.

PDA

In Mono picking, the PDA now waits until the last unit picked at a location is saved before it accepts the next scan, so a correct scan of the next location is no longer rejected.
